New rules for the commissions

• all orders must be made in my e-mail (reit.pedidos@gmail.com) in my blog, or official pages (Facebook, Google+, Newgrounds, etc.)
• Only commissions paid via paypal are accepted.
• Payment must always do in advance, upon payment hands over a sketch of the order, after that it may not make changes to the order.
• if I can not finish the job, I will refund the money with due explanation.
• No time limit work (not usually take much in the pictures, but still do not insist)
• there are limits to the things I'm willing to draw and what not, so I am free to refuse a commission if I do not like, even so you can ask by e-mail
• the price list is valid for a maximum of 4 characters per image, add more can be charged an extra not specified below.
• orders must be detailed, if possible with reference images. the more detailed, the commission will be faster
• if accumulated commissions me, I'll put on a waiting list and will notify you by mail when I have time to take your order (only 1 image at a time if you have many orders)
• Extremely detailed and complex characters will have an extra charge (at the discretion of the artist)
• not completed by filling! if you want to add more characters just to save prices, does not accepted, the characters must be relevant in the context of image
